At BOMBOMZIN, we are committed to sustainability standards throughout our production process.
We primarily work with talented artisans and maintain a limited number of intermediaries, ensuring a more direct and transparent approach. All of our bikinis are made to order, with the aim of minimizing waste and promoting mindful, responsible production.
Your bikini will arrive beautifully packed in our custom BOMBOMZIN packaging. Every order is prepared with care and finished with a handwritten note, because your experience matters as much as the piece itself.

No. At BOMBOMZIN, we don’t offer seasonal sales, as each bikini is a handcrafted, exclusive piece.
We deeply respect the artisans work and the care that goes into every creation. That’s why we choose not to offer discounts or promotions, ensuring the value of each piece is honored.
ACCOUNT
Opening an account is easy. Simply click on “My Account” on the top right corner, complete your first and last name, and create a password. Or, when you place an order, you will be prompted to save your information with your email address and password.
Creating an account makes shopping faster and easier. It securely stores your order history, billing, and shipping details, and allows you to track your orders. Your password assures that only you can access the information on your account.

SHIPPING
Each BOMBOMZIN bikini is MADE TO ORDER. Bikinis and items with more elaborate details or crochet work are shipped within 2 to 5 weeks, depending on complexity and order volume. Simpler styles, without crochet, are usually ready to ship within 7 days to 2 weeks. The maximum dispatch time is 3 weeks from the order date, and if we need more time, we’ll notify you via email.
If you have a special occasion and need your bikini sooner, please email us at geral@bombomzin.com, and we’ll do our best to prioritize your order.
We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
If a product sells out, simply visit the product page and click 'Join The Waitlist' to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email geral@bombomzin.com.
Taxes and import duties are NOT included in the product or shipping prices. BOMBOMZIN is not responsible for collecting, processing, or paying these international fees.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You can view the status of your order on your Account page, which is updated once your payment is confirmed and your order is shipped.
We accept all major credit cards (including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.
You can access your invoice through your account by visiting the 'Order History' section. If you placed your order as a guest, your invoice will be emailed to you along with your order confirmation.
Yes, you can! Just select 'Manage Payment Methods' during checkout, then click 'Edit' or 'Remove' next to the payment method you wish to update.
As a handmade bikini brand, we have a limited quantity of pieces available. To ensure fair access to our products, our system may cancel orders placed rapidly or by customers creating multiple accounts, which is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Orders are processed as soon as the purchase is completed. Once payment is confirmed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or make any changes to the order.
